Dear Leesia & Lilly,

We are so sorry that you guys didn't get to do crafts with us today. We know that you really wanted to, but Mama said that painting wasn't really a good craft to do with our dolls. She said that she didn't want to have to give you a bath. We made some awesome artwork though!

Since you didn't get to paint with us, we will do some of your favorite things tomorrow! Like play with playdough and ride our trikes. And we'll play train and carry you guys upside down, just like you love! See you tomorrow. Goodnight....

Dear Sophia,

Aren't these little doll seats (Friends Boutique Share Chair, $12 Walmart) just the cutest things? This way Leesia and Lilly can sit right at the table just like "big girls". They love eating at the table especially when we are having chocolate banana ice cream, it's our favorite! Here is Mama's recipe, she says it is very healthy, too:

Leesia & Lilly's Chocolate Banana Ice Cream
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup Chocolate Almond Milk
1/2 cup whole milk


Thinly slice bananas and spread out in a single layer on freezer paper or a plate. Place into the freezer and allow to freeze for at least two or three hours. Toss bananas and about half the almond milk and whole milk into the blender. Blend until consistency is smooth like a milkshake, adding additional almond milk and whole milk as needed. Enjoy this treat and don't forget to share with your favorite dolly!!!

Dear Everyone,

We got to stay up late tonight to watch some of the football game! Daddy said we had to go to bed before they got the trophy, though. I guess tomorrow we will find out who won. Dear Scarlet,

As Fancy Nancy would say, "Ooh La La, It's Beauty Day".... woohoo! Giving each other make-overs is one of my favorite things to do. My very, very favorite part is when Mama paints our fingernails. My nails look so pretty painted purple, and your nails are perfectly pink! Mama says it makes it easier for our friends to tell us apart, too. Did you know that some people think we look exactly the same?
This was Leesia and Lilly's first time to get makeovers. They love pink and purple too. We all look so pretty afterward, I guess it's time to go somewhere special!

Dear Sophia,

Today Lilly and I had so much fun trying on all of her outfits. It was just like a fashion show! Lilly told me that her very first dress from Chimi & Changa is the most comfortable but she likes having lots of other options, too. (Mama says she will write under each photo where the outfit came from. That is just in case we have fans who like shopping for doll clothes)

Having fashion shows is so much fun and Mama said next week we can have a spa day....I can't wait!

Thank you so much for helping me write the grocery list. I always forget something important and this time we certainly won't forget anything! I am so glad that you both brought Leesia and Lilly with us to the store. I know that one day you will be very good mammies because you are very good at taking care of your babies. Leesia's New Years Resolutions

It has been a busy year, what with being born and meeting Sophia for the first time and everything. I saw that Scarlet and Sophia's Mama is making a New Year's Resolution list. I asked Lilly what that was and she said it was something grown-ups write down so they will remember what to be guilty about later in the year. It sounded kind of silly to me, but I want to follow all the proper traditions to ring in the New Year. So for 2011, here are my Resolutions:

1. Get more exercise. I spend far too much time letting Sophia pull me around on that little cart. I don't want all this nice cotton and wool to turn to flab, after all.

2. Keep our "house" tidy. Lilly and I can create quite a mess for such small dolls. Honestly, the laundry alone can be quite a challenge. So this year, I really want to keep up with the chores.

3. Get more Rest. I spend a lot of time in the cradle, that's true. But I'm not sure my sleep schedule has really been adequate over the last few weeks, what with the holidays and all. It's too tempting to catch a cat nap in the car seat, but I always wake up with such a crick in my neck. This year, I'll improve my sleeping habits!

4. Take more photos. Scarlet and Sophia got these great little cameras and I am sure that Lilly and I can borrow them while they aren't looking. In fact, they hardly ever notice what we do while they are asleep. We have so much fun and always forget to take photos of our escapades, so this year I hope to do better!

Dear Sophia,

Well, Christmas is finally over! Mama says that we will put away the Christmas tree this week. I'll miss it, but she says we have so many new toys that we hardly have room to play. It's fun to match Lilly with our new purple nightgowns. I was very surprised when I opened the package. And Lilly loves her gifts, too, especially the pillow and the bead maze. We got lots of other fun gifts, too. My favorite ones were the pretend makeup and the blocks. I bet we can built a whole castle for Lilly and Leesia if we are very careful not to let it fall.

I can't believe it snowed this week! Leesia and Lilly had never seen snow before so they were really surprised! All this fun has made Lilly tired, so I let put her to bed early last night. Next week will be a busy one as we do some New Year's cleaning.
